VOTE FOR ANDRES SALGADO FOR MLB FANCAVE 2013

Andres Salgado, who’s a die-hard Marlins Fan, is a finalist for the 2013 MLB Fan Cave. Here’s his reaction on becoming a finalist:

Via MarlinManiac.com: I flipped! I flipped so hard that I banged my knee against my desk causing me to limp the rest on the day. I was thrilled that I was chosen to be in the Top 52. What’s really exciting is that I’m the fan that will be representing The Miami Marlins! Look, I’ve heard it all before on how bad we are and how the fans are awful, but I don’t believe any of that! I go into every season believing that the Marlins are going to win the World Series. Why would I want to enter a season thinking we are going to lose everything? That’s not what a fan should do. I know the Marlins are going to lose some games; no team will ever go 162-0 (I think by 102-0 the manager will start resting his players.) So yes, I get upset when they lose but then I move on to the next game.
