Preview: Marlins vs Reds Game 1
- Updated: September 14, 2012
The Marlins return home to face the Reds in a three game series starting tonight. Miami will be looking to get back to winning ways after being swept by the Phillies.
Jacob Turner (0-2) will take the mound for the Marlins. Turner has only issued one walk in his time with the Marlins. He has however struggled with the long ball yielding four home runs. In his Last start, Turner gave up two runs over six innings.
Bronson Arroyo (12-7) will start for the Reds. Arroyo has pitched well of late. His last six outings have all been quality starts and Arroyo has gone (5-0) in that time period.
