Preview: Marlins vs. Phillies Game 1

The Marlins kick off the final home stand of the year against the Phillies tonight. Giancarlo Stanton returns to the Marlins lineup tonight. It will be Stanton’s first game since September 16.
Mark Buehrle (13-13) Will start for the Marlins. Buehrle needs to pitch 5 2/3 innings to surpass the 200 innings mark for the year. In his last start Buehrle took the loss giving up four runs over six innings. Buehrle is 2-2 in four starts against the Phillies this year, with both wins coming at Marlins Park. Buehrle has a much better record at Marlins Park this season. His ERA is 3.29 at Marlins Park compared to 4.45 on the road.
Cliff Lee (6-8) will take the mound for the Phillies. Lee’s season was summed up his last game when he gave up two runs (one earned) over eight innings but still took the loss against the Braves. Lee has an impressive 2.84 ERA on the road this year. Lee is 1-1 against the Marlins in two starts this season.
