Preview: Marlins vs Mets Game 2

5

The Miami Marlins look to bounce back tonight after being shutout last night by Mets’ knuckleballer R.A Dickey. The ballgame starts at 7:10 PM ET at Marlins Park.

Miami will have Josh Johnson (7-11) on the mound tonight. His last start is one that he doesn’t want to remember. He went just three innings and gave up six runs on ten hits against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

While for New York, they’ll go with the right handed pitcher Jeremy Hefner (2-5). Hefner’s last start was a quality start as he went eight innings and only gave up a run, but he ended up getting the no-decision.

Here’s tonight’s Marlins’ lineup:

1) Petersen LF

2) Ruggiano CF

3) Reyes SS

4) Lee 1B

5) Stanton RF

6) Dobbs 3B

7) Solano 2B

8) Buck C

9) Johnson P
