Miami Marlins Vs New York Mets Game 1 8/31/12

The Mets travel to Miami to take on the Marlins in another showdown between Jose Reyes and his old team.
The Mets send Cy Young candidate R.A. Dickey who has been as good as it gets in the league posting a record of 16-4 with a 2.76 ERA. With a win today, he can tie for the most wins.
The revamped Knuckleballer will face the hottes hitter in MLB in Giancarlo Stanton who is 11 for 21 in past 13 games with a .524 AVG and 8 HR and 16 RBI’s.
The Marlins send Nathan Eovaldi 4-9 with a 4.54 ERA to the mound tonight. Eovaldi has an ERA of .96 over his last 2 starts against the Mets. He looks to bounce back over his last start where he gave up 6 runs in 3 innings. Here’s today’s lineup for the Marlins:
